Our Team

Dwayne Van Horn, AIA

Dwayne brings his 25 years of architectural experience in residential, commercial, educational, institutional. retail and religious projects.   In addition to design, planning, and construction documentation, Dwayne integrates Building information modeling and a creative 3-D design process to every project.

Mr. Van Horn graduated from Temple University in Philadelphia PA; he is an active member of the Baltimore AIA chapter and has received several awards from the The Home Builders Association of Maryland and Professional Remodeler.

Erica Wunderlich, AIA

Erica studied architecture at Pennsylvania State University. After completing her Bachelors of Architecture in 2002, she joined Penza Bailey Architects, Inc. where she gained expertise in luxury residential design and construction. Erica managed multi-million dollar residential projects including new construction, renovations, and additions.

In addition to residential designs, Erica also directed commercial interiors projects and ADA compliance studies. During her career Erica has developed design communication skills utilizing BIM – building information modeling, used in both the creation of construction documentation and 3-D renderings for client visualization.

George R Fowler JR.

Erica studied architecture at Pennsylvania State University.
