This project reimagined the hotel’s primary event environments through a fully customized architectural approach. The renovation encompassed the main ballroom, supporting meeting rooms, pre-function spaces, and the adjacent kitchen, each designed as part of a cohesive yet varied spatial sequence rather than a standardized event layout.
The ballroom was conceived as a destination space with its own architectural identity. Ceiling composition, lighting strategy, and material selection were developed specifically for the room’s scale and use, allowing the space to shift in character between formal events, social gatherings, and large conferences. The design emphasizes atmosphere and proportion, creating a room that feels intentional rather than generic.
Meeting rooms were redesigned to function as flexible extensions of the main event space while maintaining distinct spatial character. Architectural detailing, finishes, and lighting were coordinated to support simultaneous uses without visual monotony or acoustic conflict.
Pre-function areas were treated as active social spaces rather than transitional corridors. The architecture supports gathering, pause, and movement, with clear visual orientation and layered lighting that adapts to changing event rhythms throughout the day and evening.
The kitchen renovation focused on functional clarity and service efficiency, supporting complex event operations while remaining discreetly integrated within the overall architectural framework. Back-of-house planning was aligned closely with the event flow to ensure seamless coordination between preparation and service.
The result is an event environment shaped by custom architectural decisions—spaces defined by experience, flexibility, and material presence rather than brand templates or corporate repetition.
