Len Stoler Porsche Owings Mills is an automotive retail and service facility organized around precision, clarity, and brand discipline. The architectural framework reinforces the vehicle as the central element of the showroom.

The exterior is composed of clean volumes, refined material transitions, and carefully calibrated glazing. Transparency is applied selectively to engage the showroom while maintaining a composed presence consistent with Porsche corporate standards. Arrival and entry sequences are direct and legible, supporting efficient movement from site to interior.

Interior planning prioritizes order and visibility. The showroom is arranged as a gallery environment with uninterrupted sightlines, controlled lighting, and minimal visual distraction. Consultation areas and customer amenities are integrated within the plan to support interaction without interrupting the spatial hierarchy.

Service and operational areas are configured for performance and durability. Public and back-of-house functions are clearly separated to support workflow efficiency, safety, and long-term operational demands. Circulation paths are deliberate, allowing vehicles, staff, and customers to move through the facility with clarity and purpose.

The facility aligns architectural expression with operational requirements and Porsche brand standards within a cohesive, disciplined design.
